Kilts (sort of)

After hunting high and low for tartan a couple of weeks ago for United Nations day at school, I saw tartan skirts today which would have been perfect!......in the very same shop I bought my tartan shirt in. They were half the price too! The surprising thing was they were in the Filippina 'cultural dress' section!
