Loving it

Up at 5.30 this morning to take mum and George to the airport. It's a nice drive out there and there's a magnificent view of Mount Matutum on the way home. You may be able to see it faintly on the photos. It's a pleasant temperature that early in the morning, before the sun is fully up. The car dash said 28 degrees c. on the way home at 7.30 though. Had to stop in at McDonald's on the way home for a McMuffin yum!

We have now already been here for just over a month and we both love it here! We've settled in really well and the Filipino people are just lovely. So welcoming and friendly. They seem such happy people and they're always laughing :-D Of course we miss our friends and family back home and meetings at Struthers but so glad we made this move for a season.

The weather and the food are great and we've managed to lose some weight, despite all the fast food we keep giving in to!

I am so blessed to have got the job in the school as everyone there is also very friendly and although its hard work having all the stages from 3 to 17 years old its not a stressful job.
